So many things...
... in life to be thankful about.
Yes. Today, a kind young man helped a blind man get on the tram. And I saw how grateful the blind man was. That smile on his face. :') Made me think about how grateful I should be to be able to see. And indeed, I am (though I do not have perfect vision).
Anyway, today had been a little slow-paced at the shop. Most customers walked in and out without any purchases :( and even though I don't own the shop, I feel the pain. lol but I had time to practice Ielts. So it's good.
All in all, this week went by pretty fast. I still can't believe it's Friday. It's like, I haven't even gone through Monday - Thursday. Why is it Friday already? DD:
Another interesting fact. Australians assume that Asians from Asia especially Chinese can't speak good english. Chinese from China assume that non-China Asians can't speak good mandarin. So when people found out that I'm from Malaysia.....
Australian interviewer: Wow, your english is perfect.. Considering you came over only a few years ago!
China Chinese: You speak good mandarin!
.... . . I appreciate the praise, really. But I know that both my english and mandarin are... half full ("ban tong sui").
