Back

The past 3 weeks had been... pretty good. Cny in kk was like the usual - cards playing with cousins, a little bit of mahjung, & piano (: It was fun! Then, Kuching. Kuching was not too bad too. It rained everyday for the 1st week I was there & I must say I like it A LOT because the 2nd week was very hot [though not as hot as melbourne haha]. And I had the opportunity to play with my little cousin JJ. Oh he's so cute! Love him to bits! <3

I remembered when I was younger, I always dread going to either kk or kuching for hols. I always think that one place is better than the other on alternate years, and everytime i go to the one i think i like most, i end up not liking it. Somehow as I grew older, I come to realise that actually they are the same. There's always the pros and cons. You can't compare them because they are different but same. Same because there's love in both places (:

I really must say that this year's Cny in both KK and Kuching is the best ever. I don't care about the fireworks or the lion dances, which are scarce. All I care about is time with my family (: They are so cute from the youngest to the oldest haha. I'm so glad I came back. So glad that I can spend some time with my grandmothers. Ok now i miss my grandfathers ):

I must say that the time spent with my grandmother in kuching is so precious. I didn't even know that she likes singing until now. There were nights when she'll sit down and sing some chinese christian songs to me. I'm now assuming that i'm the 1st in the family to hear her sing as my mum said my grandmother never sang to her last time when she was younger. Oh bahagianya aku :')

Happy belated valentine's day! (:
