What a day...

I intended to take the 9.01am tram to uni this morning but due to some reason, decided to take the 9.10am one. So I left my place at 9.05am in order to catch the tram on time, so that I can reach uni on time. When I reached the tram stop, I saw the tram coming. I was happy. Somehow the tram stopped at stop 17 [my stop is stop 16] and stayed there like forever! Anyway, I waited, thinking that it'll start moving soon and that I'll be just a little late for tute which starts at 9.30am. I waited and waited.Waited and waited. and yet still waited. until the passengers in the tram got off, in which one of them told us that, "tram number 57 is not coming" @_@

So how?

Good thing I had another option, which was to take the bus. It was 9.20am ++ when the bus arrived. So I got onto the bus, and thought, " Maybe I'll be about 10 mins late for tute". Still not too bad. Lo and behold! I got off the wrong stop aka I was lost :S

Now what?

*Took out my phone, scrolled to sis's name, pressed dial.. and...

"Jie, wo mi lu liao" [sis, I'm lost]

Good thing my sis was in front of the computer and so she googled the street names I mentioned and told me which direction to go. So I walked and walked and walked until I reached Swanton st/Grattan st, and took the tram from there. Then, when the tram reached Latrobe st, the tram driver announced, "This is the last stop". What? Last stop? Hello, I'm already late. Now I need to get down and walk?? Anyway, I walked down to Lonsdale st and saw a tram coming so I took it. And finally, I reached Bourke st! Note: My class was at Bourke st, which is 2 streets after Latrobe st.

BUT. Reaching Bourke st does not mean that I've reached my class. Knowing that the lifts are super slow, I took the stairs [only 6 floors though].

FINALLY, I reached 108.06.031 aka my class.
What time was it? 10am
Yes. I was half an hour late for a one hour tutorial. And the tutor gave me a get-out-of-my-class-because-you-are-late look when I entered the class. but nah.. he didn't say that. lol

As per the title, "What a day..."
